I have attached an init.d script to go with pptpd. Right now, the ebuild 
doesn't contain or install it.

This is covered in pptpd-1.1.4_beta3 although there is a mistake in the init script which should be fixed whenever bug #23961 is committed.

My open bugs should've been kicked back to wranglers, apparently they've been reassigned to my personal email.someone plz cacth this?

Fixed in net-dialup/pptpd-1.1.4_beta4
