I ran updatedb it found lscan-worm in /usr/lib/ /usr/lib/lscan-worm another anomoly on my system is when I use my 2nd monitor and type in a window, and then move back to my normal monitor, the text focus remains in the other window untill I minimize and restore the window on the normal monitor. emerge gentoolkit qpkg -f /usr/lib/lscan-worm seems like it's a virus-scanner prez: is this a virus scanner ? Google for it, it's not a virus scanner. Seems to me like this bug should be closed. It's not a bug in a package in portage. Since it's virus and not a bug with a Gentoo package I'm going to close as INVALID. hi. would you try a "grep -r lscan-worm /" as root and let us know of anything suspcious? note that this will take awhile... thanks ;) |
