The ebuild in portage has a wrong dependency for dev-cpp/libxmlpp. assogiate does not depend on v. 2.14 but on 2.6. 2.14 is not stable, but 2.12 and 2.13 are.

Solution: Change dependency for dev-cpp/libxmlpp from 2.14 to 2.12 (or possibly just to 2.6 though only 2.12 and forward are available in portage in the 2.6 slot).

<dev-cpp/libxmlpp-2.14 produces buggy behaviour with this package plus there's absolutely nothing wrong w/ unstable ebuild depending on unstable lib.
