Bug 199939 – net-fs/samba-3.0.26a-r2: oav USE flag not recognized

net-fs/samba-3.0.26a-r2 does not use the oav flag set in make.conf causing OAV support to fail and shares relying on them to become inaccessible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add oav to make.conf
2. Emerge the samba build above
3. Try to connect to the drive

Actual Results:  
This appears in the log.  Also, if using emerge with the -v flag, you see that oav is not used.
