Description Rusty Phillips 2003-04-25 11:06:31 UTC
New version is considered beta, but...it's a cron daemon. Not much can go
wrong between versions except in the new features. I am submitting this
because I wanted the --nosyslog functionality - the ability to turn off logging.

I've tested it, and it works for me.

The versions are so similar that all you have to do is change the version of
the files (the diff file and the ebuild).

The new version is 2.9.3

please submit an ebuild

I think Rusty is saying that renaming the ebuild works fine. I don't think
an ebuild submission should be necessary. What we need is some dev who uses
fcron to step up and do a version bump. Personally, I use vcron otherwise,
I'd version bump it myself.
