Description Thomas Kreuzer 2007-11-16 21:19:47 UTC
with this patch, the latest xpdf-3.02 compiles with poppler.

It is more or less a merge of the 'GlobalParams' of xpdf with the one from poppler.

This is my first patch, so please test it to the max, so far I haven't had any problems :-)

The first patch had a syntax error, sorry. :-)

Thank you very much! Your work is very appreciated :) But I rather feel not so good about changing the poppler only in Gentoo .. can we maybe put this into our xpdf-poppler thing or get it upstream in poppler applied?
Comment 7 Thomas Kreuzer 2007-11-18 07:49:43 UTC
Hejhej, you are welcome :-)

And I agree, it is better to either put it upstream in poppler or in our xpdf-poppler.
So I made a new xpdf-poppler package, which works without a patched poppler, and I will try to get it upstream in poppler, if it works, it is just a simple matter to change the xpdf-poppler accordingly.

I put the new xpdf-poppler package here http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=176081

regards,
Thomas
