Steps to Reproduce:
1. try "ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86 emerge winex-cvs"
2. let's see the failure

Actual Results:  
emerge failed

Expected Results:  
it would checkout the cvs normally and then try to compile and install winex-cvs

An update to the ebuild can be a good solution
