Bug 199324

Summary: [Kolab Overlay] Horde incorrectly handles shared folders with same name

Description Jeremy Brock 2007-11-16 06:13:05 UTC
Horde has trouble with shared folders if a folder with the same name exists in the recipient’s data store. Creating a folder with a different name (ie: MyTasks) seems to work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a sample task in the first user’s (Toltec) Tasks folder then share the folder with a second user (Horde).
Actual Results:
Horde will show the Tasks folder for the first user in the second users account under user/account/Tasks however it will treat it as the second user’s task folder, not the first. Meaning it will display the second users Task list, not the first users.

Expected Results:
Horde should show the first users Task Folder

The bug you mention matches

https://www.intevation.de/roundup/kolab/issue2144

and the fix is available here:

http://hg.pardus.de/cgi-bin/hg.cgi/horde/HORDE_3_2_ALPHA/raw-file/c024afe5654c/framework/HK-GW-Kolab_issue_2144.patch

I'll close this bug once the next Horde version becomes available and I updated the ebuilds.

With wrobel's retirement the only dev working on the kolab-overlay has left.
WONTFIX seems to be the solution for the bugs until someone steps up.
