jeeves is not a developer and as such should not have a @gentoo/developer/jeeves hostmask. Many channels auto-op or auto-voice Gentoo developers, they may not wish the same to be done for jeeves. Which has specific controls in it which may, kick, ban or take other offensive actions against users.

Giving jeeves @gentoo/bot/jeeves would allow each channel the specific granular control it needs over their channels and is proper.

Seems logical however this bug is misfiled. Try freenode staff..
