Bug 198886 – Libtorrent does not play well with some trackers

I updated libtorrent on the 9th as part of a regular world update. Torrents that had been working fine before no longer see any "seeds" or "peers". I tried the torrents on Azureus and they're working fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Some torrent files no longer see seeds or peers. KTorrent says "stalled" indefinitely.
