I know the split between backends and front ends with myth is more than a bit tricky, but it looks like right now the commercial filters and the transcoder are not getting installed if you use the backendonly flag. Unfortunately, things like commercial filtering and transcoding are very common tasks for backends, so this sort of stuff should be part of the install.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable backendonly flag.
2. Build Mythtv

Actual Results:  
mythtranscode and mythfiltercomm are not installed.

Expected Results:  
mythtranscode and mythfiltercomm are installed.

I suspect this bug isn't actually specific to AMD64, but since I encountered it on AMD64 I am reporting it as such.
