It seems that texlive-core is providing already the functionality of cjk-latex. I suggest to add DEPEND="!app-text/texlive-latex" to cjk-latex ebuild.

I ran into this issue emerging grisbi. grisbi depends on dev-tex/latex-unicode which pulls in cjk-latex if USE=cjk. So it needs to be check as well whether latex-unicode can DEPEND="|| ( app-text/textlive-latex dev-tex/cjk-latex )"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge app-text/texlive
2. USE="cjk" emerge grisbi
3. observe file collision
