dev-db/mysql-administrator is not installable due to an unmet dependency on dev-cpp/gtkmm. It requires the version 2.8, but it's not present in portage (present versions are all above 2.9).

1.unmask dev-db/mysql-administrator
2.emerge it
3.read the error :P

Use dev-db/mysql-gui-tools, this thing is broken and package.masked.
