These have been in the tree >30 days with no bugs.  Stable away!

To test them, try using rox-extra/clock for rox-clib and rox-base/mime-editor for rox-lib

rox-base/rox-clib-2.1.9-r1 and rox-base/rox-lib-2.0.4 on AMD64:

Emerges fine, No Collisions. Both Work with mentioned clock and mime-editor test respectively.
