Bug 196981 – x11-wm/emerald-0.5.2 does not finish configure(missing library)

As per the summary, emerald does not finish configure due to it complaining about not finding libdecoration. Apparently this is fixed by installing x11-wm/compiz before attempting to compile emerald. Perhaps a *DEPEND atom could be added to emerald to RDEP on compiz? I only ran into this problem via the way portage calculated the deps(i.e. emerald before compiz)
