GCC had an error when it tried to link the files together.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -avutDN world
Actual Results:  
client.o: In function `get_old_lease':
client.c:(.text+0x2cc): undefined reference to `IN_LINKLOCAL'
client.c:(.text+0x2fb): undefined reference to `IN_LINKLOCAL'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [dhcpcd] Error 1
