Since eix has >=dev-db/sqlite-3 set as dependency, the useflag should be renamed to 'sqlite3'.

packages use sqlite3 and some use sqlite. If we globally decide to remove the sqlite useflag I will do it. Otherwise it doesnt make sense.

WONTFIX for now. Feel fre to follow up on this on the developer mailing list.
