Seriously, how hard is reading this?! http://bugs.gentoo.org/ <snip> When searching for duplicate bugs, closed bugs or using multiple search terms, prefix your entry with 'ALL' (not suffix). </snip> The currect default searches for *unresolved* ones, which is *not* the same thing as bugs with 'Open' status. So, there's no easy way to reverse ALL if you set it as default. Not to mention that making it default would generate useless load on bugzilla simple because people tend to search for way too broad things - 'ALL R' as an example, yeah dev-lang/R is a real package. Yeah, makes sense. I hadn't read that text before, and the idea just kinda occurred to me late at night, browsing through a couple of bugs with a /lot/ of 'Bug XXXX has been marked as a duplicate of this bug' entries. |
