After 4 hours and a half I got this :(

I have lib-compat installed, but it has libstdc++.so.2.8.0, not libstdc++.so.3

don't emerge -x86 packages

well its -x86, not ~x86 =) 
 
 
we use - to mean DON'T use this package :-P
