No longer consists of a Linux directory therefore the Linux version in portage has been removed from the upstream's mirror.

There is however a new version in the Current directory.

It's now known as BitDefender Scanner rather than BitDefender Console

The new version is 7.5-4

This bug is now "New package" request as it was removed from Portage with security bug 253822.
