Bug 195353 – dev-util/cogito-0.17.3 missing RDEPEND on dev-util/git

The cogito-0.17.3 ebuild misses RDEPENDS, at least to git. So git is not updated automatically, even not by running:
emerge -vuD world

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge cogito
2.emerge -u --oneshot =dev-util/git-1.5.1.6
3.emerge -uD cogito
Actual Results:  
git is not updated to version 1.5.2.5 by step 3)

Expected Results:  
update git to version 1.5.2.5
