Installing libsigc++ 2.0.17 breaks skype binary:

velenux@paguro ~ $ skype 
/opt/skype/skype: error while loading shared libraries: libsigc-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Looks like this ebuild removes emul-x86 files and doesn't provide new ones?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade to libsigc++ 2.0.17
2. run skype


Actual Results:  
$ skype 
/opt/skype/skype: error while loading shared libraries: libsigc-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


Expected Results:  
normal operation
