ncurses fails to compile with the LDFLAGS option =-hashstyle=both

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.LDFLAGS="-hashstyle=both" in /etc/make.conf
2.emerge -e system
3.ncurses fails to compile

Actual Results:  
ncurses fails to compile 

Expected Results:  
ncurses compiles fine

LDFLAGS="-hashstyle=both" is incorrect

first off, the flag is called *--hash-style* ... second, you have to use the form the compiler driver expects which means -Wl,...
