Some boxes are found to have emptied-password and valid-shell accounts. Vapiers has suggested (  http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=193541#c3 ) than there could be a warning in pkg_postinst() of sys-apps/shadow, and i think it is a good idea of enhancement from a security point of view.
