This version now includes translations so it is not a simple bump of the ebuild. Thanks for the report. Looks like libsigc++20-2.0.17-1-from-fc5.rf.i386.tar.gz is not unpacked, which prevented libsigc-2.0.so.0.0.0 to be installed on my x86_64 system. Adding the following lines in the ebuild just after "src_unpack() {" solved it for me.
