works after re-emerging esound - not sure if this is a missing direct dependency or just because i had to unmerge esound and re-emerge it... sorry if it is a false positive.. It's libtool ... nothing surprises me anymore when it's involved :) I'll close INVALID since you managed to fix it, but let us know if something like this happens again. Thanks libgnome has a dep on libesound in it's .pc file, if you emerge it with the esd flag. Thus, anything linking against libgnome will pull in a libesound link. If you re-emerge libgnome with -esd, you need a full revdep-rebuild to get rid of the spurious links. |
