After installing VNC with the use=server option and doing updates it wants to install Xorg 1.3.0.0. have to edit the ebuild file and put in the latest xorg version then digest the ebuild.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE=server emerge vnc
2.updates. 
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge fails because of the following error:

Calculating world dependencies  ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ...!!! Depgraph creation failed.


Expected Results:  
should of emerged normally

The link i have provided in the top resolved the issue but I have to edit the ebuild every time now in order to do my updates after a sync.
