Build fails with the message:

dmake:  Error: -- gperf: No such file or directory

Missing dependency to dev-util/gperf.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure dev-util/gperf is not installed
2. Do emerge -uvD openoffice 


Actual Results:  
Build fails

Expected Results:  
Build goes ok / dependency is incorporated
