I post this new bug as Andrej suggested in

Hello, I was emerging newsbeuter, but first its dependency: 'stfl-0.17', and
encountered the following emerge error (see attachment):

stfl_internals.h:48: error: syntax error before "WINDOW"

So I changed line 31 of stfl_internals.h from 
"#include <ncursesw/ncurses.h>"
to
"#include <ncurses.h>"
and it did compile.

Removing "-lncursesw" in the linking command line gave also a successful
linkage of libstfl.a, with no warning or errors.

And `emerge --info` :

The fix is to emerge s ncurses library with the 'unicode' keyword in the USE flags.

Now I think someone should implement this in the ebuild.

Looks like I forgot to add eutils to the inherit line. Sorry. I'm attaching a fixed version now for you to test.
