Under an encfs filesystem, rsync does not set the correct timestamp for the files, even when the -t option is selected. So, at each run, every file is transfered again.

phantom crypto developers: If someone what to take encfs do so, if not I will reassign this package to maintainer-needed, as I think eCryptfs will replace this in the long run, and I don't have a clue of how to solve this one.
