I try to emerge deluge

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # echo "net-p2p/deluge" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords

2. # emerge deluge
--OR--
2. # emerge =net-p2p/deluge-0.5.1.1

Expected Results:  
It should download the file deluge-0.5.1.1.tar.gz and continue with the emerge.

If you go to http://download.deluge-torrent.org/, you'll see that there is no stable directory.  If you go to http://download.deluge-torrent.org/tarball/ , you'll see that there is no deluge-0.5.1.1.tar.bz2 file.  The oldest version is deluge-0.5.2.tar.gz .

stupid me.
I needed to run an
# emerge --sync
# emerge portage
