When trying to emerge www-client/links I had problems with circular dependencies from net-analyzer/net-snmp & app-print/cups. Removing the snmp and cups USE flags removes the circular dependency.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="snmp cups" emerge -p links

Actual Results:  
told me about the circular dependencies

Expected Results:  
emerged links

I was just playing around with it, and actually all I have to do is remove the 'snmp' USE flag to get it working...

The circular dependency has nothing to do with 'cups'.
