Bug 192127 – x11-libs/libXtst is missing x11-proto/{xextproto,inputproto} in DEPEND

x11-libs/libXtst needs x11-proto/xextproto and x11-proto/inputproto or configure will fail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --depclean --with-bdeps n
2. emerge --oneshot libXtst
3.

Actual Results:  
checking for XTST... configure: error: Package requirements (x11 xext recordproto xextproto inputproto) were not met.
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively you may set the XTST_CFLAGS and XTST_LIBS environment variables
to avoid the need to call pkg-config.  See the pkg-config man page for
more details.

Not sure how xextproto managed to not be installed. libXext is in RDEPEND of libXtst, and xextproto is in RDEPEND of libXext. I did add inputproto, though.
