rsync1.jp.gentoo.org, a.k.a. distfiles mirror http://gentoo.gg3.net/ changed its IP address.

The new address is 122.249.91.102 and the change is already reflected at the DNS for ftp.gg3.net and gentoo.gg3.net.

Please update the ACLs and the DNS for rsync1.jp to keep the service going.
