While gaim 0.6* may not be mature enough to mark 'stable' yet (perogative of the
maintainer), 0.59.9 is an important bugfix release and has not been marked
stable in weeks. 

This would be my voucher for its stability and a request to include it in the
x86 keyword. Anyone reading this is welcome to contribute their testimony as well.
