xorg-server-1.4 depends on '>=x11-proto/inputproto-1.4.2', but only 'x11-proto/inputproto', without a version requirement, is in the ebuild.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have x11-proto/inputproto 1.4.1 or less installed
2. emerge x11-base/xorg-server-1.4

Actual Results:

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables XSERVERCFLAGS_CFLAGS
and XSERVERCFLAGS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
