Actually all xorg-server ebuilds have media-fonts/font-adobe-75dpi in dependses.

Better way is to set unicode font as default setting for empty xorg configuration.

Reproducible: Always

See Bug 121505. Won't be removed.

I think it may be possible to say user (after merge xorg), that he must install fonts what he likes and give him list of font packages.

Also, other fonts, including font-bh-type1 and ttf-bitstream-vera, have a very narrow coverage of national symbols, and this causes big problems on non-english systems (especially not latin-baseg languages). would you please include sth else, like DejaVu fonts or Terminus, or sth else, with wider character set support?

emerge whatever font you want; the basic standard fonts are expected to be installed with xorg-server.

They are UGLY! I must delete it to see sites in FF/Konqueror with nice TTF fonts with antialias. It`s better to use Terminus, IMHO.

Please, move this out of bugzilla. Whether or not some font is ugly is totally irrelevant here. Thanks.
