![]() I feel that these are best suited to the desktop/security guides rather than the FAQ,(as what goes in them is likely to be slightly different.) Besides "clear > /etc/issue" is the wrong way. (Then everybody would get clearing codes in whatever terminal the guy who wrote that "clear > /etc/issue" was when he wrote it. Not every terminal interprets these codes the same way.) A better way, in my opinion, is to include "clear" in /etc/skel/.bash_logout - then the behavior is also customizable by the user. What is the status of this bug? //ZhEN I'll add these points into the relevant guide, (or contact the relevant author with regards including them).
