http://www.technotrend.de/new/217g/tt_budget_217g.zip is no longer a valid URL.  Thus far I haven't been able to find another link for this file, so I have no immediate solution for this problem.

However it *is* a problem for people requiring firmware for tda10045 (and I believe tda10046) cards.

Correction - I've just dug up a new download location for this file.  Try http://www.technotrend-online.com/download/software/217/tt_budget_217g.zip
