2.19.92_have_forms.patch
Ok, I wrote this patch and now it works! Not sure if that is a reasonable thing to do or perhaps upstream intends to add a --enable-forms to the configure script to define HAVE_FORMS. Anyway, works for me!
There's an upstream bug for this; they have a fix, and have asked for a break in the code freeze to release it. If the break is not granted, I'll apply the fix to our package before releasing 2.20.0. Thanks for the bug, I'll leave it open so I can track it. Sorry but what's the upstream bug #? There doesn't appear to be a bug open about it; it came across the mailing list. Here's the request for freeze break (which has been granted): http://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2007-September/msg00093.html It also references the diff. This is supposedly fixed in evince 2.20 in portage. confirmed fixed in 2.20. Sorry, I forgot to come back and close the bug! |
