There is a new Version for xine-lib-1.1.8 on sourceforge available

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cp xine-lib-1.1.7.ebuild to xine-lib-1.1.8.ebuild

Actual Results:  
Copy xine-lib-1.1.7.ebuil to xine-lib-1.1.8.ebuild works here,

I am tested xine-lib-1.1.8 for compile with USE="dvd imagemagick nls v4l win32codecs"
