iscan-2.8.0 has support and firmware for the new Epson Photo V200 scanner.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
no V200 support

Expected Results:  
V200 support

ebuild need three further lines.

this ebuild adds support for Epson Photo V200 scanner and installs the relating firmware.
