Sorry, but this is completely outside of the scope of Gentoo. Feature request need to go upstream.

Agreed.  The openchange people are writing a plugin that they plan to submit to evo upstream.  Currently, it requires HEAD versions of samba4, which we're not going to put into portage.  This will likely not show up in portage until there is an actual released version, although it may make the overlay before that.
