Arches,

media-video/mplayer-1.0.20070622-r1 is already marked stable, please consider stabling media-video/mplayer-1.0.20070622-r4 in its place so the former can be removed.

Changes are very small including one use flag removal (+debug breaks build), and two patches: one for DPMS detection (bug 188615), and one backported fix from upstream regarding DVD playback (bug 189665).

Btw. --enable-debug hopefully has been fixed by http://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/trunk/configure?r1=24120&r2=24119&pathrev=24120
at least for standard configurations (and it should have been a problem only on x86 in the first place).
Maybe you can test if it works well enough and if yes re-add the flag somewhen.
