emerge =fxruby-1.2 fails with error:

According to x11-libs/fxscintilla-1.71-r1 elog message:
"New as of 1.71-r1:
FXScintilla is now built separately against FOX-1.4 and -1.6.
Support for FOX-1.0 has been dropped upstream.
Support for FOX-1.2 has been dropped by gentoo."

So fxscintilla doesn't install libfxscintilla anymore that's why I guess fxruby compilation is broken.

ebuild is punted from the tree, bug should be closed
