Yeah, it seems that www.southern-storm.com.au is down. For now try fetching a tarball from http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/dotgnu-pnet/, and if the original mirror isn't up in a few days, I'll change the SRC_URIs.

still not up.  Maybe you can append the second url just to the SRC_URI of the ebuild?
