None of the KDE packages (kdebase, kdenetwork, etc) have LICENSE variables in
their ebuilds.

kde-dist.eclass sets LICENSE var. marking as invalid.
python -c "import portage; print portage.portdb.aux_get('kde-base/kdebase-3.1.1',['LICENSE'])"
returns GPL-2
