http://gentoo-wiki.com seems to be down. The only response currently received from the site is a "(111) Connection Refused" message from Squid.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://gentoo-wiki.com


Actual Results:  
The reverse proxy replied with a "connection refused" message.

Expected Results:  
The website should have shown.

Gentoo Wiki is no official Gentoo stuff.  We cannot do anything about it.
