galeon-cvs is using automake 1.5 for some reason and fails running autogen with
this:
config.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile.in

I noticed this when it was using automake and this gave me a clue to the problem:
Makefile.am:2: require version 1.6, but have 1.5

If I do WANT_AUTOMAKE="1.6" emerge galeon-cvs it works without a problem.

this works for me also (thanks Jordan :)
perhaps this should be added to the ebuild?
