Though dietlibc developers seem to prefer static libraries, could we please add a dynamic target to the ebuild? I will attach the updated files momentarily. Due to updates to the CVS code, a new snapshot would be required. Please obtain the snapshot from "cvs -d :pserver:cvs@cvs.fefe.de:/cvs -z9 co dietlibc".

Please note the changes:
* added dynamic target, though I don't think I used the USE flags correctly
* cannot build the dynamic target in parallel
* writing to /etc/diet.ld.conf will cause a problem if /etc does not exist (in ${D})
